1. What we collect and why

Newsletter. If you sign up, we collect your email address and a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the date, and the page you signed up on. We use it only to send you the mizostoreforge newsletter, which may contain affiliate links that we always disclose. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing team@mizostoreforge.com. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, then delete it.

Messages you send us. If you use our contact form or email team@mizostoreforge.com, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We delete messages 12 months after our last reply.

Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

2. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links to Shopify, tracked by impact.com. If you click one, you leave our site. Shopify and impact.com may then use cookies or similar technologies, under their own privacy policies, to credit us for the referral. We never receive your Shopify account or payment details.

3. Contact form processing (Formspree)

Formspree, Inc.: receives contact form messages and newsletter signups. Hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Messages are forwarded to our inbox, and we use them only to reply to you; we delete them when they are no longer needed (for example, after 12 months). 4. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to our articles.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can email us to be removed from all records.
